I just really want to see how I compare with other members' pageviews because yesterday, I got my highest figures that I'd ever got and it took me just under a year to get them figures.

So basically, could people just comment and tell me how many pageviews they usually get? Just numbers is all I need. Oh and maybe how much [if you even do] you publicise your blog ie. adding links to it in other places or telling people about it

Mine used to be usually maybe 400...500 pageviews a day but recently this month it's been 800-900 and now over 1000! I don't link it anywhere apart from The Mighty Boosh forum in my profile and my Facebook profile

If you google russell brand or noel fielding, or more specific searches with their names in, often google comes up with one of your blog entries :D
So loads of fans will know about your blog.
Its very useful...

Hi. A thousands views a day! I'm lucky if I get that in two months! At the risk of sounding bitter and twisted (which I am, of course) I think you have two things working in your favour. The first is the already-mentioned association with those famous YouTubers - lots of spillover from Google searches. My own blog doesn't focus like yours does and the only famous people I mention tend to be dead. So I'm all over the place and irrelevant while you're focused and happening...
The other thing (if you'll pardon me saying) is that you're a gorgeous, young female. I can't help noticing that, on the Web, being a gorgeous, young female is pretty much a guarantee of high hit-rates. I, on the other hand, am a hideous, old male - and, strangely enough, people don't want to hang around on my sites. Not even my Facebook page. Can you believe that?
Of course, having said all that, you've got a nice, lively blog, whereas mine is so often just whinging about stuff - and maybe that's all there is to it :-)

Oh wow thanks! Gorgeous, moi? *holds back vanity fiercly* Thanks but I'm not gorgeous!!

I've seen the girls that attract views [not just on blogs but on the internet and stuff, you know] and I look nothing like them at all!! I've not even got my chest out!

A little attractive I may be but gorgeous, come off it! :p

And I do like to keep things lively, RAARRRRR, see? ^_^ [humour helps a ton, I specialise in that and writing so, this is kinda my thing!]

Okay that was mainly focused on me, sorry.. I'll check out your blog myself and see if I find it interesting or not, but I'm sure it's not as bad as all that. :)

Blogging is tough. If they are interested in what you write or exhibit they'll visit you. Blogging practice is same like community or trendy groups. A subject that attracts members.
A good start is to try making friends by commenting on posts. Don't expect too much though. We are so consumed by ourselves that hardly make room for others.

Ok..! I think you should change the perspective you are looking at the "pageview" thing.
I'll tell you about me, so you get a perspective.
On my blog I post poetry. My average views is 650 a month. Other blogs make 1000 per week. This means nothing because if I got worried, I couldn't write a poem per week, which is my goal.
Good or bad poetry is not the subject. The blog itself provokes me to write. Otherwise why keep it?
You are a hot-blooded 18 and want everything your way. That's good cause you're lively. There are many like you in the blog-sphere. Search..!

No one mentioned anything about getting worried here!

And why are you telling me to search for people? What is this? It wasn't what I was even on about!

I'm honestly, not having a go at all but I'm just perplexed, it's like you've read something someone else has said but are commenting on this!
