Okay so on Monday and Tuesday, I was at someone else's house and so wasn't in the mood to deliver my weekly youtube video of the week. So, I have a plan... Instead of doing one youtube vid of the week next Monday, I will do two videos instead to make up for it!

I think I'm gonna give up on rating each thing like rewatch factor, how clever it is etc and instead just do a small couple of sentences of what I think of it, it's less annoying.

My story reached an important climax last night where Lexi first tells Julian that he likes the kiss and it all seems to much more realistic than Romeo + Julian, it's unreal [contradictory much?!]. It makes R + J seem...not as good as I thought, which is actually good because I loved that story so this one will be excellent!

For those not aware of the novel I'm in the middle of [called The Other Side of the Fence], details are in the blurb I realised I haven't posted yet. It's a drama/school life/romantic/comedy about two boys that fall in love with a big tragedy factor...

Julian had developed a hatred of homosexuals due to a past experience with a girlfriend where she cheated on him with another girl. Since then, he’s found anything to do with homosexuals sickening.

One boy, Lexi, manages to change his way of thinking forever when he kisses Julian at a club to get back at his ex-girlfriend. They eventually develop feelings for each other when Julian manages to get over his loathing of gays and start secretly seeing each other.

However, when Julian’s parents find out about their secret relationship, they plan to move to Newcastle, which is over 200 miles away from Lexi.

Can they both survive being that far apart from each other?

A tale of love, hate, and tragedy in their most extreme forms.

Update: I'm now on page 83 and reached 50,000 words yesterday! AND the ending has been changed from the original, almost definitely, so no one knows how its gonna end now!

Public question time! What would have to be the maximum chapter length - in pages - in a book for you before you get bored/stop paying attention/whatever?

Only cause I told my boyfriend how long my chapters were on average and he thought they were way too long, they're about 15-20 pages on A4, but I thought that was ok! He nearly did a die on the sofa when I told him, I don't see why it's that shocking, help?
